You will be working for an established client that has been within the marketplace for over 30 years, with offices spanning across 5 countries worldwide.

The job mainly involves (1) generating quality leads using web research and (2) setting appointments for B2B environment for clients in Australia.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Must have the talent to win over business clients and form a relationship through the phone
  • Must take the initiative and quick to respond to customer objections
  • Collect accurate customer information while on a phone chat to set up an appointment
  • Practice discretion for all handled appointments
  • Reach or surpass client’s standards
  • Produce target results for appointments with decision makers

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Familiarity in calling Australia-based businesses
  • Minimum of 1 year experience setting up appointments in the business-to-business space
  • Great oral and written English communication skills
  • Good at working under pressure
  • Possesses excellent active listening abilities
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Data mining experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Solid work ethic
  • Can work with a team
