Duties & Responsibilities:
- Website management
- Inbound technical support via phone, email, and chat (WordPress, email, hosting and other concerns)
- Working with other team members on advanced support tasks
- Communicating ticket progress to clients
- Other technical and admin tasks as may be assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Past experience as a technical support representative
- Very good communication – must be confident over the phone to guide client through progress updates
- Tech savvy, ability to work with technology
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to troubleshoot issues
- Ability to follow clear processes consistently
- Preferably a graduate of an IT related course
- Preferably with knowledge / experience in Zendesk, cPanel / WHM / WHMCS, DNS management, Linux server environment, GSuite and Office 365 administration
