Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Website management
  • Inbound technical support via phone, email, and chat (WordPress, email, hosting and other concerns)
  • Working with other team members on advanced support tasks
  • Communicating ticket progress to clients
  • Other technical and admin tasks as may be assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Past experience as a technical support representative
  • Very good communication – must be confident over the phone to guide client through progress updates
  • Tech savvy, ability to work with technology
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to follow clear processes consistently
  • Preferably a graduate of an IT related course
  • Preferably with knowledge / experience in Zendesk, cPanel / WHM / WHMCS, DNS management, Linux server environment, GSuite and Office 365 administration
