We are a team of Virtual Assistants who specialize in non-voice, back-office administrative support for small to medium-sized businesses/clients in various industries across Australia and New Zealand.

Duties and Responsibilities

Process employees’ regularization, appraisal, and other salary adjustments.
Manage enrollment and deletion of employees for HMO coverage.
Monitor and process employees due for tenure incentive.
Facilitate TIN enrollment processing.
Offer guidance and support to employees with questions or issues related to their compensation and benefits.
Assist Compensation & Benefits Specialist with compensation benchmarking and in generating reports on compensation and benefits-related metrics.
Coordinate with Compensation & Benefits Specialist in reviewing and applying salary structures.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
Assist and/or relieve the Compensation & Benefits Specialist on compensation and benefits-related tasks, on an as-needed basis.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Preferably with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Finance–related field
At least one year of experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
Detail–oriented and has strong quantitative and analytical skills
Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to have strong ethics and interpersonal skills
