Duties & Responsibilities

  • Take phone calls and reply to emails
  • Handle Livechat enquiries
  • Take Eway payments and do data entry tasks and invoicing

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Confident, polite and friendly manner
  • Has a management mindset and sales-focused
  • High level of accuracy and a positive attitude and initiative
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time and to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
