April 2024 Promotion
  1. Criteria:
    • Accounting VAs: To be eligible for the promotion, applicants must either have accounting-related work experience or an educational background in accounting. Additionally, they must be hired specifically as an Accounting Virtual Assistant.
    • General VAs: General VAs are also eligible for the promotion based on their relevant work experience.
    • Applicants must provide valid supporting documents to substantiate claims.
  2. Signing Bonus Structure:
    • For those hired as Accounting VAs:
      • 5 years and up of relevant work experience: P30,000.00
      • 2 to less than 5 years of relevant work experience: P25,000.00
      • No experience but with relevant educational background to less than 2 years of relevant work experience: P20,000.00
    • For those hired as General VAs:
      • 5 years and up of relevant work experience: P30,000.00
      • 2 to less than 5 years of relevant work experience: P20,000.00
      • No experience to less than 2 years of relevant work experience: P15,000.00
  3. Application and Training Period: Candidates must apply between April 12, 2024, and July 15, 2024. Additionally, they must start training on or before July 26, 2024, to qualify for the promotion.
Important: For applicants who submitted their application before April 12, 2024, the promotion will follow the March 2024 promotion details, which states:
Accounting VAs March 2024 Promotion
  1. Criteria: To be eligible for the promotion, applicants must either have accounting-related work experience or an educational background in accounting. Additionally, they must be hired specifically as an Accounting Virtual Assistant.
  2. Signing Bonus Structure:
    • For those hired as Accounting VAs:
      • 5 years and up of relevant work experience: P30,000.00
      • 2 to less than 5 years of relevant work experience: P20,000.00
      • No experience but with relevant educational background to less than 2 years of relevant work experience: P15,000.00
    • For those hired as VAs, but not Accounting VAs, the P10,000.00 Signing Bonus still applies.
  3. Application and Training Period: Candidates must apply between March 1, 2024, and April 30, 2024. Additionally, they must start training on or before May 10, 2024, to qualify for the promotion.

Eligibility

Application date and training start date should be within the promotional period.

Redemption

Complete the Pathcutters Signing Bonus Claim Form.

Schedule of Payouts

This incentive shall be paid in two installments as follows:

  • The first 50% of the cash incentive shall be included as part of your first payroll (5th or 20th of the month)
  • The remaining 50% shall be included in the payroll (5th or 20th of the month) covering the pay period within which your regularization date falls

In the event that you are separated from the company for whatever reason prior to the scheduled payment, the remaining balance of the bonus will be forfeited.
